Prof. Dr. Bernd-Helmut Kröplin was professor and director of the Institute for Statics and Dynamics of Aerospace Constructions at the University of Stuttgart from 1988 to 2010. He and his team designed and built the first solar-powered airship in the world: "Lotte". In 1999, he was awarded the European Science Prize for his idea of the high altitude platform for telecommunications.
Because of his interest, whether and how low levels of electromagnetic radiation affect the human body and how they can be made visible, the research "world in drops" began. In this, he used the method developed by the artist Ruth Kübler (www.ruthkuebler.org). For over 15 years, he and his staff have been doing research on the information transfer in water.
